HUMAN RESOURCES ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT- Austin, TX
Brigham has an opening for full-time Human Resources Administrative Assistant with at least one year of experience in an HR dept. or role. Applicants whom don’t meet the minimum requirements will not be considered.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Candidate will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Manager and the Exec. VP of Land and Administration.
Assists with payroll processing.
- Assist in the recruitment process. Schedule on-site and telephone interviews.
- Coordinate background and reference checks. Schedule and coordinate new employee orientation.
- Assemble new hire orientation packets.
- Serve as back-up receptionist
- Prepare and coordinate mailing of letters to individuals not selected for hire.
- Assist with maintaining personnel files, ensuring that all documents are filed within a timely manner.
- Assist with planning and coordinating special employee events.
- May be asked to assist other departments as needed
- Assists with benefit reconciliation and payment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
- Work experience in a customer service environment is helpful.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Advanced computer skills with Word, Excel and PowerPoint are required.
- Must be detail-oriented and work well with a team.
- Confidentiality and discretion is a critical component of this position.
RECEPTIONIST/OFFICE ASSISTANT - Austin, TX
Brigham Exploration Company has an immediate opening for a full time career Receptionist/Office Assistant. Applicants must be personable, dependable, and have good communication skills and a professional demeanor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS & EXPECTATIONS (not limited to) :

PRODUCTION FOREMAN - Williston, ND
Brigham has an opening for a Production Foreman with a minimum of 8 yrs of production and field exp. The position will be located in the Williston Basin area of North Dakota. Computer skills required. Travel is required. Applicants whom don’t meet the minimum requirements will not be considered. Competitive salaries are commensurate with experience.
WORK EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS
- Must have good project management experience
- Must have good leadership and supervisory skills to manage contractors and/or service providers
- Will be responsible for supervising daily production activities through production crews and service providers
- Will coordinate all contract crews, trucking activities, and well services
- Must coordinate selection, purchase, and installation of production equipment
- Responsible for maximizing production at minimum cost
- Ensure crews and service providers meet safety standards and quality controls for optimum production
- Develops and implements operating methods and procedures designed to eliminate operating problems and improve product quality
- Revises production schedules and priorities as result of equipment failure or operating problems
- Monitor production rates, and plan rework processes to improve production
- Assist engineering and other personnel to solve operating problems
- Maintain records of drilling and production operations
- Confer with scientific, engineering, and technical personnel to resolve design, research, and testing problems
- Should have good communication and organization skills and the ability to work independently and with a team engineers, landmen and geophysical personnel
LANDMAN - Austin, TX

DIVISION ORDER ANALYST- Austin, TX

WORK EXPERIENCE AND SPECIAL SKILLS
- Must have a minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience with title and division order activities in connection with domestic producing properties as well as a strong math aptitude
